So, for installing English Office with Estonian Proofing Tools I must during downloading Office (ODT with download option) mark both languages for download and same for setup (ODT with configure option)?

Download takes a lot more time and setup as well. I need English full setup and a little bit from other languages as. Proofing Tools. Now also setup takes much more time. Good is, just maybe, I can do this (installing another languages) along with Office setup.
With Office 2013 I need to install msi's for Proofing Tools separately, but. I have ZENworks and with one bundle, no problem. Proofing Tools msi for Estonian. Just 7.x megabytes, now I must download.
